Media Policy

By participating in any 3XSV group ride, meetup, or event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Community Media Sharing
   Photos and videos captured during 3XSV rides or events may be taken by members, organizers, or media partners. These images and recordings are considered community content and may be freely shared, reposted, or used by members of 3XSV for non-commercial and promotional purposes, including social media, videos, and marketing materials.

2. Free Use Consent
   By joining or appearing in group rides or public areas where 3XSV events occur, you grant 3XSV and its members a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your likeness, voice, and image in connection with 3XSV activities.

3. Respect & Privacy
   We encourage all members to respect others’ privacy. If you prefer not to have your image used publicly, please notify an event organizer or contact us at media@3xsv.com. We’ll make reasonable efforts to exclude or remove specific images upon request.

4. Commercial Use
   Any use of 3XSV images, footage, or branding for commercial purposes (e.g., advertisements, paid collaborations, resale, or sponsorships) requires written permission from 3XSV management.

5. Community Spirit
   Our rides are built on trust, creativity, and shared experiences. By participating, you help grow the 3XSV movement — where riders document and celebrate the electric lifestyle together.
