Meet-Up:
Gather around 6:00 PM at the designated spot (Lafarge station frog statue). Riders chat and check bikes. Expect a casual, social vibe.
Ride Plan:
We roll out as a group at 6:40 PM mostly street riding through Coquitlam.
Gear & Safety:
Helmet and Gloves are required. Armor is recommended
